The team hold regular Team meetings, and on Friday 24 May 2013, the team were joined by Julie Bell, solicitor from DWF Business Law Firm.
Julie spoke to the team about her role as a Financial Deputy to the Court of Protection. She gave a pragmatic and often humorous insight into the role of the Financial Deputy, in which she emphasised the need for strong working relationships with her clients.
Her presentation enabled the team to reflect on their communications with Financial Deputies and how to streamline how we communicate with Financial Deputies to best meet the needs of our patients.
