My role involves the induction of new team members to ensure they understand and meet our core competencies and the development of an audit tool for our SMART Goals.”
In addition, Heather is a Committee member of the recently formed Rochdale & Bury Headway Group & the coordinator for the NWABI Network.
Heather is a member of the College of Occupational Therapists & is registered to the Health & Care Professions Council, the regulatory body that upholds the standards of practice for professions allied to medicine.
When Heather isn’t working she is kept busy as a homemaker and mum to her two energetic & maturing boys. She sings in a ladies choir too. She would like to be a domestic goddess but hasn’t reached this goal yet!
