Susan Pattison is a highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and the founder of SP Therapy Services, covering Bury and surrounding areas including Ramsbottom, Whitefield, Prestwich, Radcliffe, and beyond. With a specialist focus on adult head injury rehabilitation, Susan brings more than 25 years of clinical expertise in supporting clients with complex neurological conditions.

Her caseload spans stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and cerebral palsy. However, her passion lies in acquired brain injury – where she has worked across the full rehabilitation pathway, from intensive care through to community-based recovery.

Susan founded SP Therapy Services in 1998 after recognising a lack of community-based neuro physiotherapy in the region. Since then, she has built a trusted team of expert mobile physiotherapists who share her person-centred values and commitment to clinical excellence.

In 2019, Susan was honoured with the UKABIF Chair’s Certificate of Merit, recognising her contribution to the brain injury field. Under her leadership, SP Therapy Services celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2023, continuing to grow across Lancashire and Greater Manchester.
