At SP Therapy Services, we believe that home is where the most effective rehabilitation takes place. Our specialist neurological physiotherapists deliver engaging, goal-focused physiotherapy sessions within the home, using real-life environments to maximise functional outcomes and independence.

By working in the client’s own setting, we can tailor rehabilitation to everyday activities such as mobility, transfers, and daily routines, ensuring therapy is both practical and meaningful. Our physiotherapists are based within the communities they serve, giving them valuable local knowledge of facilities, services, and opportunities to support ongoing rehabilitation beyond the home.

This approach allows us to provide flexible, community-based neurological physiotherapy, supporting clients with complex conditions including brain injury, stroke, and spinal cord injury.

Do you have a clinic?
No, we are home visit specialists.
How far are you prepared to travel to support a patient?
We are happy to travel approximately 1 hour in time or 30 miles each way to visit a patient.
How do you calculate your travel costs?
We charge an hourly rate plus mileage from the physiotherapists base location for the round trip.
