Home-Based Neurological Physiotherapy Across the North of England

At SP Therapy Services, we provide specialist neurological physiotherapy in the comfort of our clients’ own homes. Our community-based approach means we travel to you — delivering person-centred rehabilitation across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, South Yorkshire, and West Yorkshire.

Whether you’re an individual looking for support following a stroke, a case manager coordinating a complex rehab plan, or a solicitor working within a litigation case, our physios offer flexible, local care backed by clear communication and evidence-based outcomes.

We currently have team members based in the following locations:

Bury – Covering Ramsbottom, Whitefield, Prestwich and towns up to 30 miles away such as Bolton and Wigan
Holmfirth – Serving Honley, Meltham, Huddersfield and extending to Leeds and Glossop
Bradford – Including Shipley, Bingley, Pudsey, and wider areas like Wakefield and Harrogate
Blackburn – Reaching Darwen, Accrington, Preston and as far as Warrington and Lancaster
Stalybridge – Covering Hyde, Dukinfield, Mossley and neighbouring towns like Macclesfield and Rochdale
Barnsley – Serving Wombwell, Penistone, Royston, and outlying towns such as Chesterfield and Doncaster

Each of these locations has a dedicated SP Therapy Services physiotherapist on hand to deliver tailored, hands-on neurorehabilitation in home and community settings.
