At SP Therapy Services, we work closely with case managers to deliver home-based neurological physiotherapy that fits seamlessly into litigation, rehab, and long-term care plans. Why Community-Based Physiotherapy Works

Many clients with neurological conditions experience fatigue, sensory overload, or mobility challenges that make attending clinic appointments difficult. Our mobile physiotherapists deliver treatment directly to the client’s home, enabling rehab in a familiar, functional setting. This helps build confidence, supports carryover into daily life maximally engaging family and support workers, and avoids missed sessions due to transport or access barriers.

What You Can Expect from SP Therapy Services:

Assessment within two weeks of referral (where possible)
Initial treatment plan within 14 days, including SMART goals
Updated reports every 12 weeks, including progress and costings
Support for funding applications and MDT collaboration
