At SP Therapy Services, our neurological specialist physiotherapists provide treatment for adults and children, expertly delivered through dynamic and engaging home and community-based rehabilitation across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, West & South Yorkshire.

We provide specialist neurological physiotherapy within a 30 mile radius of Bury, Holmfirth, Bradford, Blackburn, Stalybridge and Barnsley. Our dedicated community-based physiotherapists travel to you, delivering treatment directly in your home or care setting. Every programme is tailored to your needs, focusing on improving mobility, independence, and quality of life through personalised rehabilitation.
