- Rapid initial costings to support Immediate Needs Assessments (INA’s)
- Copies of physiotherapist CVs and documentation for compliance
- Availability of physiotherapists across our service locations

Frequently Asked Questions
- Can you provide costs for an Immediate Needs assessment (INA)?
Yes, if you can provide the postcode of your client we can provide you with the costs for an initial assessment and an initial treatment plan within 24 hours.
- Will I receive regular communication and update from the Physiotherapist?
Yes, our physiotherapists will aim to get their initial report to you within 2 weeks of the assessment and will provide you with 3 monthly updated treatment plans as well as staying in regular contact via email and attending MDT’s.
- What experience have you in working with case managers?
Susan Pattison our Clinical Director ensures from the wealth of her 28 years’ experience in private practice all the Physiotherapist have a sound working knowledge of the needs of case managers and the wider litigation teams. She is a member of BABICM and frequently attends conferences and networking events to remain up to date.
- Are your physiotherapists employed?
Yes all our physiotherapists are employed and work soley for SP Therapy Services.
