Bradford Neurological Physiotherapist

We’re delighted to introduce Rebecca (Becca) Dickson, the newest physiotherapist to join our West Yorkshire specialist team. Based in Bradford, Becca provides home-based neurological rehabilitation to adults living with acquired brain injury, stroke, and other complex neurological conditions. She also supports clients in Shipley, Bingley, Pudsey and surrounds.

Extensive Experience in Community Neurorehabilitation

With over 13 years in healthcare, including 10 years as a community rehabilitation assistant, Becca brings extensive hands-on experience to her role. She qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from the University of Bradford in 2024. Since then, she has developed a person-centred, goal-driven approach to neurological rehabilitation.

Becca thrives on helping individuals regain movement, confidence, and independence. She recognises the power of physiotherapy delivered in real-world settings. Ensuring goals like climbing stairs, managing fatigue, or returning to favourite hobbies become part of the rehabilitation journey. In her first 3 months with SP Therapy Services, Becca has already made a significant impact. As a dedicated Neurological Physiotherapist, she supports clients in their homes. Moreover, she works closely with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) to ensure coordinated and effective neurological rehabilitation.

For example, A, who was injured at birth and lives with coordination challenges, rode her bike with stabilisers for the very first time. N said ”I felt I’d really accomplished something and I’m already eyeing my next goal: making it to the pub!”
