We are looking for our next team members, we are seeking a Community Occupational Therapist.

We require a qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration, an enhanced DBS.
You will have a full driving license and car.
You will work in the communities of Greater Manchester & Lancashire.
You will have a special interest in brain injury.
You will join a dynamic and established team striving to achieve an elite service model.
You will aspire to deliver the best evidence informed practice to predominantly case managed patients.
You will have the versatility & creativity to think outside the box to deliver exceptional rehabilitation to both adults & children living with ABI & complex needs.
You will be able to articulate your critical thinking & working clinical hypothesis in 3 monthly peer reviewed treatment plans.
You will be an effective contributor to MDT’s made up of individuals outside of the Practice and from medical and legal backgrounds.
You will be employed and work part time a minimum of 18 hpw with the capacity to develop into a 30 hours per week.
Your initial renumeration will be benchmarked to an equivalent NHS, with the capacity to increase dependent on your contribution to the team and your individual performance.
You will be eligible to enter the Company pension and CCV scheme.
After your initial probationary period you will be expected to effectively contribute to Practice targets and have an annual PDR.
Flexible working:
You will be responsible for your own diary management and be autonomous in organising your working week.
You will be based from home and will be expected to manage your admin time and some remote therapy sessions via video link from home and therefore an appropriate home working space is essential.
You will be provided with a laptop and a mobile phone for business use.
You will be supported with a full induction program to support you to develop the core competencies required to be successful in this post.
You will also receive 2 hour weekly peer support, individual supervision time and an house CPD program.
You will after 2 years service receive additional paid CPD time.
